President

Founded and manage local enterprise providing painting services including power washing, faux finishes, epoxy floor coatings, and staining. Steer projects from inception to completion, perform estimates, develop budgets and schedules, and coordinate material planning and procurement. Partner and consult with architects, general contractors, and subcontractors to interpret specifications and clarify project objectives. Review certificates of insurance required for new and existing contracts to confirm currency and complete coverage; negotiate policy agreements with providers. Read/interpret product information and project plans/specifications to supply prompt answers for customer and field personnel questions.
